Rates:

Our rooms features king and queen beds, air conditioning, cable TV and VCR's....we offer fine accommodations with well appointed vintage antiques. All rooms have high ceilings and lovely Victorian details. All our rooms offer private bathrooms, most with showers, one with a tub with shower and two room with soaking tubs and separate showers.

Rates in season are from $125 to $175 May thru Nov.
Rates in off season are from $100 to $150 Dec. thru April

Rooms:

• Our home offers four luxurious guest rooms, all with private baths. 

• One super deluxe offers king canopy bed and private bath that offers a soaking tub and separate shower....and comfortable sitting area.

• Three deluxe rooms have king beds and private baths

• Two standard rooms that offer queen beds and private baths. One with soaking tub and separate shower.

• Wireless Internet access available

 Reservations:

A two-night minimum stay is required on all holidays and weekends in season

Deposits:

A one-night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation with balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made within 7 days of your arrival date to receive a full refund.  14 day cancellation for special weekends and weddings.  30 days cancellation of whole house events.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged for the entire reservation.  Likewise,  early departures will also be charged for the entire reservation...not to exceed  three days.

Check In/Out:

Our scheduled check-in time is 3 pm. Late arrivals can be accommodated if prior arrangements have been made. Check out time is 11 am. We cannot accommodate late check-ins after 10 P.M.
